We only post within Australia

It generally takes 7 working days to deliver any ordered dolls, after we receive full payment.  Perth residents are welcome to collect the dolls they order directly from us provided they let us know in advance about their visit.

Deliveries to Tasmania may take	5 working days to arrive.
Deliveries to ACT  may take	5 working days to arrive.
Deliveries to SA  may take	5 working days to arrive.
Deliveries to NSW  may take	5 working days to arrive.
Deliveries to Victoria may take	5 working days to arrive.
Deliveries to Queensland may take	5  working days to arrive.
Deliveries to Western Australia may take	2  working days to arrive.
Deliveries to Northern Territory may take	6 working days to arrive.

We strongly recommend you use Registered Post if you are concerned about lost or damaged parcels.

This will incur a charge of $2.35. Registered post includes insurance to the value of $100.00.


Returns

All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis

We do not refund unless the item is severely misrepresented or fails to arrive we will happily give full refund (minus shipping and handling charges) provided you:

• Inforum us by email or phone with 3 days of receipt of item of intent of return
  
•  We will provide you with a return authorization number. We're sorry, but returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.
  
• Item must be returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt.
  The returned item further must not show signs of use and cannot be soiled.
•  The cost of shipping returns in all cases other than manufacturing defect will be the responsibility of the customer
•  We will not be responsible for returned packages until we receive them.
